Seeing good results.,
Reading this book was quick and easy. The proposed plan was also quick and easy. I found a lot of inspiration and it really cleared my mind to get to the task at hand–losing the weight once and for all. I apprecaiated the author’s candor and insight. I, too, have been fooled into buying into all these other crazy ways to diet. Sure, some are good, but mostly, it’s a lot of work. This isn’t a lot of work and I don’t have to think about it all the time. I just do what she did and I have been having good results.

Everyone should read this book. Especially if you have been a life long dieter and you just want to lose the weight and be done with it!! A very common sense approach and not so hazy that you will feel like you are on your own like other non-dieting approaches. I hate those books that say Eat what you want whenever you are hungry and just stop when you are full like it’s the easiest thing in the world. It’s not!! This book has a plan and you will not feel deprived!! Go for it! Don’t miss out on this one!!!

Bought this book thinking it was going to be just another diet book ,,but it is so down to earth and so right on,,the key to losing weight is portion control and if you can eat anything you want and lose weight without giving up your favorite stuff,you will lose. I recommend this book for anyone really serious about losing unwanted lbs.
